    I'm sorry to say that I have had a bad experience with this agency. I've been renting a property from this agency for 3years and over the years there have been several violations of the contract by the agents. In accordance to the housing act of 1988 the landlord or letting agent must put their visitation in writing at least 24hrs before entering the property. This agency does not adhere to this rule and feels it is acceptable to let themselves into the house whenever they feel like 'popping ' in without any notice. I feel the agents need to have more respect for their tenants and a read up on what they do and don't have the right to do.
