  Not happy with the service, the only reason I am giving two stars is because a lovely man both times I have been has helped me move (child's car seat ect) my stuff from my car to hire car (also because they provide hire car). Ladies on reception dismissive, stand off ish and rude. Talk amongst each other, no customer service skills whatsoever and clearly not overly happy to be there. Missed things on MOT which I had high lighted when dropped car off only to have to take my car back as problem persisted and to be quoted over £200 a few weeks after mot. No apology it was missed and no form of leeway on the price considering the problem had been obviously missed by them a few weeks before hand. Over all not happy with the service and will not be returning back, since have found someone a lot cheaper to do the work that needs doing.
